Responsibilities
Business Analyst will lead the program administration and evolution of an enterprise software application suite for a state Department
Provide cross-domain and cross-disciplinary expertise across programs and technology solutions
Collaborate with both business and technical teams to align activities with the agency's strategic goals
Serve as a key contributor in a dynamic team environment to deliver high-quality solutions
Oversee long-term planning, program delivery, team coordination, and quality assurance
Manage an enterprise-level IT program for the Agency, aligned with customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and performance targets
Lead a team with diverse roles and responsibilities across technical and functional areas
As a Business Analyst, you will establish and manage long-term program goals, timelines, and milestones
Provide current and future-state analysis to internal and external stakeholders
Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to senior business and technical leadership
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and constraints
Support change management initiatives to ensure goals are met
