Responsibilities
Leverage data modeling to measure the success of our programs
Align on success metrics upfront
Propose methodologies for testing
Implement various testing strategies (e.g., A/B testing)
Analyze program performance and effectively communicate results to external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation
Strong understanding of impact analyses, e.g., power analyses, A/B testing
Experience with exploring data to create datasets that can be used for a reliable source of truth for evaluation
Understanding of lead and lag indicators that align with long-term business outcomes
Ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively to external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and visualization to convey results and recommendations to diverse audiences
