Customer Service Representative – International Logistics
LogiWorld Corporation is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support their international logistics operations. This remote role involves managing ocean import and export shipments, coordinating with overseas agents, and providing high-quality service to customers.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end international ocean import and export operations; air freight experience is a plus
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering consistent, high-quality customer service
Coordinate closely with international agents, carriers, and partners to ensure smooth shipment execution
Monitor and respond urgently to requests from clients, management, and overseas offices
Identify and resolve freight issues, including delays, documentation discrepancies, and routing challenges
Recommend improved routing options and operational solutions when issues arise
Maintain accurate shipment records, financial transactions, and billing within CargoWise
Demonstrate a solid understanding of logistics-related financial transactions and basic accounting principles
Stay informed on international ocean market trends and apply market knowledge to daily operations
Participate actively in internal meetings and contribute to operational readiness and team alignment
Collaborate with teammates to help improve processes, systems, and overall service performance
Remain eager to learn new services, processes, and operational enhancements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in international logistics operations, with strong knowledge of ocean import and export
General working knowledge of the U.S. Customs brokerage process
Strong working knowledge of the CargoWise operating system
Ability to communicate effectively with international agents and stakeholders across time zones
Proven ability to work independently and effectively from a remote location
High school diploma required
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive conditions
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in fast-paced logistics environments
Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills
Collaborative team player with a desire to improve processes and systems
Strong sense of urgency and accountability
Adaptable and motivated to grow within international logistics operations
