This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, high-performance integrations across enterprise platforms and cloud services, primarily using API-driven, event-based architectures.

Responsibilities

Design and implement integrations across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, CRM platforms, Azure cloud services, IVR/telephony, web portals, mobile apps, and external systems
Build and optimize API-first, event-driven microservices and middleware workflows
Improve transaction performance, reliability, and scalability through monitoring and optimization
Design and enhance IVR and cloud telephony integrations to improve customer experience
Apply security, encryption, and data protection best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation

Required

8+ years of integration/middleware development experience, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role
Strong backend development experience in .NET (7+ years), Python (5+ years), and GoLang (3+ years)
Proven experience with RESTful APIs, decentralized microservices, and event-based architectures
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization tools, and Azure cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)

Preferred

Experience integrating SAP BRIM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and high-volume enterprise systems
IVR/telephony integration experience
Familiarity with Kafka, Azure Event Hub, RabbitMQ, Prometheus, and Grafana
Azure, Kubernetes, or integration platform certifications
