Client Service Manager
Cutler Advisors is an independent, full-service accounting and advisory firm specializing in accounting, tax, and advisory services for businesses and individuals. The Client Service Manager will serve as a trusted advisor for premier clients, focusing on delivering a white-glove client experience through proactive relationship management and service coordination.

Responsibilities
Act as a dedicated, senior‑level relationship manager for a curated group of premier clients, delivering a concierge‑style, white‑glove experience
Serve as a trusted liaison between clients and internal accounting, tax, and advisory teams, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and continuity of service
Proactively anticipate client needs by maintaining a strong understanding of each client’s business, financial position, and tax considerations
Provide high‑touch guidance on firm services, helping clients navigate accounting and tax matters with confidence and ease
Coordinate and oversee service delivery timelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to professional and regulatory standards
Translate complex accounting and tax concepts into clear, client‑friendly communication
Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing service for high‑value clients, setting and maintaining premium service expectations
Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns discreetly, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism
Partner closely with firm leadership to continuously refine and elevate the client experience
Maintain detailed, accurate client records and service documentation in accordance with firm policies and CPA‑firm best practices
Partner with clients and the billing team to set clear payment terms and proactively address outstanding invoices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (MBA, CPA, or other professional certification strongly preferred)
5–7+ years of experience in client service, relationship management, or account management within a CPA firm or professional services environment
Strong working knowledge of accounting, tax, and advisory services, with the ability to discuss these topics credibly and professionally with clients
Demonstrated ability to deliver a premium, white‑glove client experience to sophisticated or high‑net‑worth clients
Exceptional communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional presence
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a proactive and anticipatory service mindset
Deep respect for confidentiality, accuracy, and ethical standards consistent with CPA‑firm practices
Ability to manage multiple high‑priority client relationships while collaborating seamlessly with internal teams
