Responsibilities
Develop and implement an onboarding program for new Career and Technology Education (CTE) directors and administrators, including initial training and ongoing support throughout their first year
Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality semesterly training and update events for local CTE directors and administrators, ensuring communication of and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, content relevance, and broad statewide participation
Collaborate with external partners when necessary or appropriate
Collaborate with internal teams to design and align training content, update materials, and communication strategies that meet state and federal CTE requirements
Provide responsive support to local CTE directors and administrators by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication channels
Maintain accurate and timely updates on the Office of Career Readiness website and other communication platforms to ensure accessibility of training resources and program information
Coordinate cross-office efforts to support training and communication initiatives, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource sharing among teams
Participate in statewide and cross-divisional initiatives that advance CTE goals, providing input and support as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree and experience in education, management or business
Preferred
A master's degree and four (4) years of experience; or a bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in education, management, or business
