The Value Maximizer is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in ServiceNow development. The role involves hands-on development, integration, and configuration within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on delivering solutions across various ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (or equivalent enterprise platform experience)
Strong expertise in JavaScript on ServiceNow, including Glide APIs and platform scripting best practices
Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model (tables, relationships, reference fields; CMDB basics where applicable)
Proven delivery experience in at least one major ServiceNow module: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC
Experience with Flow Designer, catalog items, workflows, approvals, notifications, SLAs
Strong experience in reporting and dashboard development
Hands-on troubleshooting across: Client scripts, Server scripts, Business rules, ACLs, UI policies and UI actions
Experience building and supporting integrations using: REST APIs, Web services, Authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Basic Auth, etc.)
Ability to debug and resolve complex integration and platform issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with CMDB governance, Discovery, and Service Mapping
Hands-on exposure to Service Portal, UI Builder, or Now Experience components
Experience with Performance Analytics, ATF, or automated testing frameworks
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD for ServiceNow, including Git integration and pipelines
Experience working in regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
