5 days of Sales Training
3 Days of training on our products and solutions
An individual project and presentation which tackles a regional Sales issue
A group project and presentation to address an RRD Business Initiative
Opportunity to shadow experienced Sales Reps
Opportunity to visit our manufacturing facilities
Compete in a summer long sales competition
Have fun while doing all of the above!
Qualification
Required
Open to rising college Seniors majoring in sales, marketing, business, communications, or related fields
Strong communication ability
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Critical and Analytical thinking ability
Motivated to learn and develop
Desire to help and support both team members and those outside the team
Ability to learn a new technology quickly
Preferred
Exposure to a CRM (i.e. SalesForce), client relations, prospecting, cold calling, or selling is preferred
