Assisting the Associate Management Auditors and Staff Management Auditor (Specialist) on the completion of complex operational, performance, compliance, information systems, and financial related audits of the California State Lottery and agencies under contract
Independently performing less complex audit assignments
Qualification
Required
Current Staff Services Management Auditor exam
Ability to prioritize and complete assignments within deadlines
Ability to write clear and concise audit reports
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Preferred
Knowledge of audit standards
Knowledge of internal controls and risk based audit concepts
