VP Corporate Accounts
One Call is a company dedicated to helping injured workers receive the care they need. The VP of Corporate Accounts will lead the Strategic Account Executive and Account Managers, overseeing regional key accounts and driving sales strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.

Responsibilities
Promotes high performance culture while strategically focusing on client growth initiatives, leaning heavily on outside-in customer feedback and data
Serves as the primary management contact and provides oversight to Corporate Accounts organization in all customer engagement and management activities
Oversees the processes of monitoring post-implementation client success to ensure pull through of expected revenue opportunities
Manages processes to define and act on potential areas of opportunity post-implementation (ex. Identify leakage capture strategies, panel elevation opportunities and product extension strategies)
Manages the workflow of the applicable areas of the business unit to achieve goals set forth by the executive leadership team while ensuring the business maintains high levels of customer satisfaction
Leads executive strategic plans by setting clearly defined goals with measurable results to ensure successful on-going client engagement, opportunity development and positive customer experience
Implements strategic initiatives including communicating goals to business units to allow staff training and communicates and executes executive vision to managers
Develops innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiency, customer experience, and effectiveness while controlling costs
Improves the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization’s mission
Develops or maintains internal control systems to ensure accountability
Determines needs, identifies growth areas, reduces cost and analyzes improvement areas in accordance with the overall corporate strategy
Develops strong relationships with outside partners, such as key clients. vendors and advisors, as well as internal partners, including department supervisors and co-executives
Develops reporting, reporting tools, processes, and disciplines to deliver the right information to the right areas of the enterprise at the right time
Qualification
Required
A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university
Proven track record in leading teams and driving meaningful client growth
Success in facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written for interpersonal communication and collaborative management, across all sales and company departments
Strong knowledge of the Workers Compensations field and experience in organizational effectiveness and implementing best practices
Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems and thrives in a high production environment
Viewed as an expert resource by peers and coworkers, maintains a good working relationship with both internal and client management, and has thorough internal working knowledge of the enterprise
Demonstrates the ability to lead by example and motivate professional level staff through training and multi-tasking
Displays strong leadership qualities, decision making abilities, and strong business judgment
Possesses strong personnel management skills to mentor and coach diverse teams
Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Operates as an effective tactical and strategic leader producing positive and measurable financial and administration results adhering to initiatives
Manages budget development and oversees accounting principles and applications
Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
Challenges and debates issues of importance to the organization
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
Ability to work in an environment that aligns with the company's diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging standards

Preferred
MBA or advanced degree in related field of study preferred and/or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
