Responsibilities

Actively support client-facing teams by contributing to work focused on Human Resources strategy, talent management, organizational design, learning and development and technology implementations
Assist organizations in the evaluation and preparation of transformation readiness activities by creating change management plans, capturing change impacts, executing communications and developing deliverables throughout each stage of the engagement lifecycle
Proactively leverage KPMG methodologies, tools, technology and techniques to develop deliverables and execute approaches that simplify, redesign, or innovate existing processes and drive efficiencies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and proactively identify opportunities for business development and sales initiatives by developing formal responses to prospective clients seeking advice on their workforce challenges
Demonstrate strong client-facing skills and adaptability, whether interacting with clients directly at their client site, in the office, or virtually, as required by the demands of the business
Operate with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months; Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Human Resources/Labor Relations, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Psychology or related degree from an accredited college or university
Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above
Knowledge of data analysis techniques including Gen AI and applicable uses
Coursework or experience in business transformation, preferably with a people-centric component that may include process improvement, Human Resources strategy, organizational design, talent management and learning and development
Critical thinking and quantitative skills, strong technical aptitude, demonstrated quality service mindset and ability to navigate MS Office applications (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) with a high level of attention to detail
Understanding of business processes, information management and project management in order to produce high-quality work and visually represent complex ideas or processes in a digestible format
Excellent communication (oral and written), time management, organizational and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player who can deliver under tight deadlines and work with diverse teams and leadership styles
Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation, such as personal vehicle or public transportation, to get to and from office / client locations to satisfactorily fulfill your job duties, as determined by your practice leadership
