They are seeking a highly organized, strategic Marketing Operations Manager to drive integrated marketing efficiency and serve as the connective tissue between corporate marketing and field teams.

Responsibilities

Streamline marketing workflows, timelines, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability across the corporate marketing team
Build and maintain systems for campaign planning, asset management, approvals, and execution tracking
Support cross-functional alignment across brand, growth, creative, and lifecycle workstreams
Develop and manage marketing calendars, campaign roadmaps, and execution timelines
Ensure campaigns launch on time with clear ownership, documentation, and performance expectations
Identify opportunities to improve tools, templates, and processes to scale output without sacrificing quality
Serve as the primary point of contact between corporate marketing and field/store teams
Communicate campaign updates, timelines, and priorities to field teams clearly and consistently
Ensure field teams receive all required tools and assets to execute marketing initiatives locally (creative, copy, guidelines, timelines, FAQs)
Partner with field leadership to complement and optimize store-level marketing efforts
Support local marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency
Implement, monitor, and report on field-level KPIs tied to campaign performance and execution quality
Gather feedback from field teams and translate insights into improvements to strategy and execution
Track campaign execution and performance across corporate and field initiatives
Monitor operational KPIs related to efficiency, adoption, and execution effectiveness
Build clear reporting frameworks to assess what’s working and where improvements are needed
Partner with analytics and performance teams to connect execution to outcomes

Required

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, field marketing, or project management
Strong understanding of how corporate marketing strategy translates into local execution
Proven ability to streamline processes, manage complex timelines, and drive cross-functional alignment
Exceptional communication skills—able to distill complex initiatives into clear, actionable guidance
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working across multiple teams, priorities, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in retail, multi-location, or service-based businesses

Preferred

Familiarity with marketing tools, project management platforms, and performance reporting dashboards
