Evaluation Coordinator

Virginia Commonwealth University is seeking an Evaluation Coordinator to join the Center for Evidence-based Partnerships in Virginia. Responsibilities

Collection of evaluation and program fidelity data for each EBP evaluated
Data entry and data management of fidelity data
Report preparation
General administrative functions (e.g., communications, file management)
Scheduling and monitoring of research activities and timelines
Conducting participant interviews
Administering study related assessments
Recording observations
Coordinating the management, storage, and reporting of study data
Monitoring data to maintain quality control
Purchasing supplies and tracking expenditures
Summarizing study results
Preparing reports
Scheduling and booking facilities

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, political science, public administration, human services, communication studies, or related field
Strong organizational skills and fastidious attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong teamwork orientation
Openness and willingness to engage in team discussions related to social justice
Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from all backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU

Preferred

Learning related to implementation science within medical or behavioral health services
Interest and appreciation for innovative online tools and digital workspaces (e.g., Slack, Hive)
Knowledge of and/or experience with evidence-based treatment programs
Ability to interact professionally with individuals of different backgrounds
Willingness to take initiative as it relates to project tasks, needs, and improvements
