Senior Consultant
M+C Saatchi Group is building the agency model of the future, and they are seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Consulting team. The role involves managing brand insight and strategy projects, leading qualitative research phases, and developing strategic recommendations for clients.

Responsibilities
Manage and deliver a range of brand insight, strategy and innovation projects with the support of Consultants and Directors in the team
Play a key role in leading qualitative insight phases of projects, including framing methodologies, writing discussion guides, moderating interviews, focus groups and workshops and analyzing findings
Identify insights from multiple sources e.g. qualitative research, quantitative data, trends, secondary data etc. to inform strategic recommendations
Project management, including costing, fieldwork management and client management
Write and present clear and inspiring debriefs and recommendations (with team support)
Communicate clearly with clients, building relationships across key accounts
Contribute to proposal writing and support new business initiatives
Work across teams & geographies to deliver projects as required
Qualification
Required
4+ years' experience working within a strategic insight agency or strategic brand and innovation consultancies
A deep passion for using (qualitative) research and data to tackle complex insight, strategy, and innovation challenges
Strong analytical skills – ability to analyze problems from multiple perspectives and generate insights from a range of data
Skilled in developing inspiring strategic narratives from rigorous insight analysis, with experience of writing and structuring clear and inspiring presentations
Top notch organizational skills – can anticipate a client's needs before they are articulated to identity opportunities and overcome challenges before they arise
The ability to think laterally and creatively, inspiring others to do the same
Experience of delivering client presentations and facilitating workshops
Sound understanding of and passion for brand, experience and innovation strategy
