Responsibilities
Translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks
Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
Gather accurate requirements and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and the scope of development
Identify errors and make adjustments in a testing environment
Contribute towards developing and adhering to best practices for developing applications that are scalable, relevant, and critical to the project
Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across Audio Video operations, support, and Unified Communications
Play a critical role in AV operations, including Webcast and Live Broadcast events
Support AV events and meetings
Provide White Glove services to both internal and external customers
Design and implement new network designs to meet client requirements
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of South San Francisco, CA or be willing to relocate to the area
This position may require travel to project locations
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Experience
Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across Audio Video operations, support, and Unified Communications
Play a critical role in AV operations, including Webcast and Live Broadcast events
Support AV events and meetings
Provide White Glove services to both internal and external customers
Design and implement new network designs to meet client requirements

Preferred
Experience with multiple AV technologies and devices, including Webcasting and virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams)
Ability to develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and service standards to improve efficiency and reliability
Experience working with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in a team within a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
