Inside Sales Coordinator
GlobalSource IT is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their competitive, dynamic team. In this role, you will support the sales team with organizational tasks, manage client visits, and ensure effective communication between clients and internal team members.

Responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with active consultants and manage calendars and emails for Account Managers
Liaise with clients to gather project requirements, manage weekly tasks, secure timesheet approvals, candidate references, and more
Create and track Statement of Work documents to ensure smooth onboarding for consultants and the internal operations team
Coordinate with internal departments to streamline administrative processes and to ensure all project requirements are understood and relayed to the proper team members
Complete RFPs and client audits, ensuring strict adherence to requirements
Maintain accurate client and candidate data in Salesforce and run insightful reports
Manage multiple vendor management systems to maintain communication and compliance
Conduct thorough research on clients, industry trends, and upcoming conferences
Collaborate with marketing to support various marketing initiatives
Utilize Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other systems
Qualification
Required
