Responsibilities
Track music license workflow, from selection through contracting
Audit royalty payments and proactively resolve issues
Document and circulate timely feedback from beatmappers and production teams
Support individual music processes as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or a related role
Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams
Experience facilitating cross-functional team alignment and driving project momentum
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Comfortable handling both strategic planning and tactical execution
Experience supporting product or creative teams in tech, gaming, music, or media
Preferred
Experience in project management
Enthusiasm for music, gaming, or emerging interactive technologies
