Responsibilities
Web & Product Design: Create wireframes, mockups, visual assets, and prototypes for web and mobile experiences using strong UI/UX principles
Brand & Visual Systems: Develop and maintain cohesive brand identity across digital touchpoints and marketing assets
Data Visualization: Turn complex financial concepts into clear, compelling, easy-to-digest visuals
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering to ensure design consistency, usability, and alignment with business goals and UX standards
Innovation: Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep experiences modern and high-impact—especially across subscription platforms
Performance & Responsiveness: Design for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and an exceptional cross-device experience
Marketing & Growth Assets: Create assets for social, email, presentations, landing pages, and other campaigns that drive engagement
Digital Asset Production: Build banners, infographics, and other web-ready visuals that strengthen the subscriber journey
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
3+ years of experience designing for digital (print experience a plus)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools
Proven UX/UI experience with strong visual design fundamentals (typography, color, layout)
Experience designing for content-heavy or data-rich websites (financial or analytics content a plus)
Strong communicator and collaborative partner
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with a “want to win” mindset
Working knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and security-minded design standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
