Start in 2026Schreiber Foods is seeking an ambitious Treasury Intern to make a difference in people’s lives. This internship involves evaluating insurance requests, assisting with banking transactions, and coordinating annual insurance renewal processes, all while working in a flexible hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities
Evaluate requests for certificates of insurance
Assist in insurance-related journal entries and reporting to the organization
Review banking transactions daily to validate categorization
Forecast bank balances in order to transfer funds and initiate bank loans
Assist with credit references and credit applications
Coordinate and execute annual insurance renewal processes

Qualification
Required
Must be currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
With position start date in spring semester 2026, must have at least 2 semesters remaining in school upon start date (Spring 2027 grads or later)
Ability to work year-round at our Home Office located in Green Bay, WI
Ability to work no fewer than 20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer
Ability to work Monday-Friday
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) with a strong emphasis in Excel
Willingness to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to apply creative thinking skills
Self-directed
Valid driver's license, auto insurance (at least state minimum- more might be required), acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods discretion, and vehicle that will ensure applicant can meet the travel necessities of the position are required
Authorization to work in the country in which the role is based
Preferred
Prior experience in banking or corporate finance
Ability to work Monday-Friday is preferred
Familiarity with emerging digital technology solutions (PowerBI, generative AI tools, PowerAutomate)
