Supply Chain Manager

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to build and support the overall supply chain strategy and execution for the organization. The role involves cross-functional support across various initiatives and aims to drive operational excellence and growth through analytics and program leadership.

Responsibilities

Partner with operations, IT, and finance teams to support key distribution initiatives
Build and maintain project plans, PMO dashboards, and cadence for supply chain programs
Analyze inventory, throughput, labor, and transportation metrics to support decision-making
Support distribution leadership with operational tools, SOPs, and WMS improvements
Coordinate with merchandising, replenishment, and store operations to ensure alignment
Contribute to long-range planning for warehouse capacity, 3PL engagements, and automation
Troubleshoot cross-functional bottlenecks and surface risks to leadership
Build and maintain distribution strategy documentation, timelines, and cost models
Support network expansion initiatives including site selection, RFPs, and onboarding
Develop supply chain playbooks, reporting tools, and executive updates
Lead vendor onboarding processes including data integration and routing compliance
Analyze SKU-level data for demand forecasting, slotting, and inventory optimization
Facilitate training, project tracking, and documentation for DC transformation initiatives
Own the PMO structure for supply chain projects, including SteerCo prep and updates

Required

Expertise in supply chain network design, logistics, and distribution models
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
Data-driven with very strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead through ambiguity and thrive in a growth environment
Comfortable collaborating with executive stakeholders and frontline teams
Deep understanding of KPIs, continuous improvement, and strategic planning

Preferred

Knowledge of warehouse operations, systems (SAP preferred), and vendor management
