Responsibilities
Cost Accounting & Analysis: Manage all aspects of cost accounting, including standard cost establishment, variance analysis, and month-end closing procedures
FP&A: Lead site-level forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to help divisional management monitor performance against established goals
Operational Partnership: Act as a consultant to the Site Controller; assist in managing product structures and routings to ensure data integrity
Data Storytelling: Utilize SQL, Excel, and Power BI to analyze financial trends and present findings to leadership (both verbally and via PowerPoint)
Safety & Compliance: Champion a culture of safety and data integrity, ensuring all quality and safety policies are followed and reported
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years of accounting/finance experience specifically within a Manufacturing environment
Proven ability to analyze large datasets, recognize trends, and provide 'forward-looking' insights
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint (Required)
SQL (Required experience with analytics tools)
Experience with ERP systems
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present findings to various levels of personnel
Preferred
Proficiency in Power BI
Familiarity with MQ1 or similar quality management systems
