Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations on electrical projects
Manage foremen, electricians, and subcontractors
Coordinate manpower, materials, and scheduling
Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Work closely with Project Managers and office teams
Enforce all safety policies and jobsite procedures
Conduct daily site walks and progress reporting
Maintain productivity, quality, and schedule adherence
Handle inspections and coordinate with inspectors
Identify and resolve field issues before they impact the project
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent (or strong Foreman ready to step up)
Commercial electrical construction background
Experience managing crews and large scopes of work
Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred
Procore experience preferred (not required)
