Responsibilities
Independently lead high-sensitivity, complex litigation matters
Manage both mass tort and single-event sexual abuse cases
Conduct courtroom litigation, including hearings, motions, and trials
Perform and oversee investigations related to assigned matters
Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining ownership of assigned cases
Develop litigation strategy and exercise sound legal judgment
Qualification
Required
Actively licensed in California
Substantive experience handling abuse-related matters
Strong courtroom advocacy and trial experience
Demonstrated investigative experience
Ability to independently manage complex cases
High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
Potential for leadership growth, including managing paralegals, assistants, and associate attorneys as the practice scales
