Responsibilities
Provide consultative services to senior executives and business unit leaders, including financial reviews, business case development, and strategic project identification
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; present recommendations backed by quantified benefits
Lead initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other FSS functions
Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Python to provide actionable insights
Partner with finance and technology teams to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions
Establish and enforce intake and prioritization processes to optimize resource allocation and portfolio value
Frequently contribute to the development of new theories, methods, and best practices for process improvement and analytics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years in reporting, analytics, or process improvement roles
Proven ability to lead projects delivering measurable financial and operational impact
Proficient in Python, SQL, and Power BI
Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems (Snowflake, SAP, JD Edwards) and visualization tools (Power BI, SSRS)
Strong understanding of Financial Shared Services processes (e.g. AR/AP)
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Preferred
Six Sigma or process improvement certification
Experience with ERP systems and advanced analytics tools
Prior experience influencing cultural change and driving innovation
