They are seeking a Training Instructor responsible for implementing and facilitating training programs, collaborating with Instructional Designers, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Facilitate instructor-led and blended training programs for assigned business areas
Collaborate with Instructional Designers to develop and test learning activities, training materials, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and schedules
Conduct training sessions and monitor participant performance and engagement
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements or modifications
Analyze operational processes and procedures to identify effective training solutions
Assess organizational and development needs; present findings and recommendations to management
Provide training support to branches to meet business objectives
Perform routine tasks of limited scope requiring basic research and review
Qualification
Required
1–5 years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, or a related instructional role
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to assess training needs and recommend practical learning solutions
Experience working with structured lesson plans and training materials
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (onsite 3x/week)
Preferred
Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) prior to assuming duties
Completion of fingerprinting and background checks
