Responsibilities
Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone
Engage decision-makers across organizations including brokers, HCMs, PEOs, General Agencies, Payroll, Healthcare, and Financial/Wealth Management firms
Clearly articulate Mployer’s value proposition and differentiate our platform
Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
Partner closely with sales leadership to align outreach with company goals
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience as a BDR or AE in SaaS or employee benefits
A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort using CRMs and sales automation tools
Coachability, curiosity, and a strong desire to grow
High energy, self-motivation, and ownership mentality
