Responsibilities
Support and improve infrastructure and security operations across the organization
Contribute to DevSecOps initiatives, automation, and tooling improvements
Partner closely with a small technical team to design, maintain, and secure systems
Help identify, assess, and remediate operational and security issues
Participate in hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck environment
Qualification
Required
Experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or DevSecOps
Strong technical fundamentals with the ability to think through real-world scenarios
Comfortable working across multiple technologies (not tied to a single stack)
Self-starter who can operate independently and collaboratively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented mindset and ability to perform well under pressure
Desire to continuously learn and improve
