Responsibilities
Grant & Program Management: Oversee grant-related financial management, reporting, compliance, and coordination across programs and service lines
Project & Facility Support: Partner closely with new and existing healthcare facilities, providing hands-on financial guidance, project oversight, and operational support through growth and transition phases
Policies, SOPs & Governance: Develop, refine, and implement accounting policies, SOPs, and internal controls to support consistency and scalability
Accounting & Financial Oversight: Support accounting activities tied to projects and programs, including analysis, reporting, and financial outcome assessment
Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide analysts and managers, providing structure, clarity, and accountability across initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA required with Big 4 public accounting experience, including healthcare clients
Demonstrated experience managing grants, large-scale projects, and cross-functional stakeholders
Background operating in polished, complex healthcare or regulated environments
