Responsibilities

Build next-generation agent experiences using React and TypeScript
Create PWA or React Native implementations for universal experiences
Architect responsive design patterns that scale across platforms
Integrate with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and carrier systems via APIs
Ensure adherence to compliance and maturity standards (WCAG 2.1 AA, multi-lingual support, security)
Drive technical excellence through code reviews and architecture decisions
Collaborate directly with product and design teams to co-create requirements into user experiences
Create reusable patterns that scale across the platform

Required

3-5 years of professional frontend development experience
Strong proficiency in React 18+ and TypeScript
Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand)
PWA development or React Native mobile implementation
Multi-lingual application development and internationalization (i18n)
AI-assisted development experience (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Claude)
RESTful API integration and modern build tools
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience with version control systems like Git
Craft responsive design patterns and cross-browser compatibility solutions
Experience collaborating directly with product and design teams

Preferred

B2B SaaS or agent workflow experience
Design system and micro-frontend architecture
Real-time data integration (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)
Exposure to backend technologies or full-stack development
