Growth Marketing Manager
EDEN is transforming how HVAC contractors quote, sell, and win business. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale their digital customer acquisition efforts through planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid and digital marketing programs across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
Own and manage paid digital acquisition across: Google, Meta, LinkedIn & Emerging/expirimental channels
Build, test, and optimize campaigns end-to-end - Targeting, creative, copy, landing pages, and conversion flows
Develop hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works
Manage budgets carefully and creatively, maximizing ROI at every stage
Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align messaging, targeting, and funnel strategy
Own performance tracking and reporting: CAC, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, pipeline impact
Help define our growth playbook as we move from early traction to scalable acquisition
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing
Deep, hands-on experience managing paid media across at least 2–3 major platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn strongly preferred)
Proven track record of driving results (leads, pipeline, revenue) — not just impressions
Experience working at a tech startup, B2B SaaS, or Marketing to the service industry (home services, local businesses, SMBs, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, funnels, attribution, and experimentation
Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
Creative problem-solver who thrives with constraints
Preferred
Experience marketing to contractors, local service businesses, or SMBs
Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution tools
Experience launching new products or entering new markets
Strong copy instincts for ads and landing pages
