Responsibilities
Maintain VMware, Microsoft 365/Exchange, EntraID, Teams, AD, DHCP, DNS, SQL, and backup systems
Support and troubleshoot server, storage, and network environments (SAN/NAS, data centers, cloud)
Implement automation/scripts to improve workflows and system efficiency
Perform hardware/software upgrades, patch management, and endpoint security
Provide end-user support and guidance to IT team members
Participate in IT projects, migrations, and disaster recovery tasks
Document SOPs, network diagrams, and system configurations
Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotating basis
Qualification
Required
Associates/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
VMware VCP/VCAP and Microsoft 365/Azure certifications
3+ years' IT infrastructure experience, preferably in financial institutions
Strong knowledge of VMware, servers, storage, networking, AD, cloud strategies, and scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
