Responsibilities
Act as the primary interface between business leaders, senior executives, engineering teams, and external partners
Manage expectations of VPs, SVPs, and C-suite stakeholders, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes
Drive alignment across competing priorities and influence decision-making without formal authority
Facilitate executive-level forums, steering committees, and QBRs
Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-workstream technical programs
Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
Proactively identify risks, blockers, and trade-offs; escalate with clear options and recommendations
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives
Create crisp, executive-ready communication (readouts, decks, dashboards, decision papers)
Translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights for non-technical audiences
Maintain transparent and consistent communication across all stakeholder groups
Drive clarity during ambiguity and organizational change
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, Data, Operations, and Finance teams
Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and handoffs across teams
Coordinate internal and external dependencies, including vendors and system integrators
Establish program governance, operating cadence, and delivery standards
Track KPIs, OKRs, and program health metrics
Drive continuous improvement in program management practices
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or equivalent roles
Proven experience managing senior executive stakeholders in large enterprises or Big Tech environments
Strong background in technology programs (software, platforms, infrastructure, data, or enterprise systems)
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, influence cross-functional teams, and resolve conflicts
Experience preparing and presenting materials for executive and board-level audiences
Preferred
Experience working in FAANG / large global enterprises / complex vendor ecosystems
Background in cloud platforms, enterprise systems, data platforms, or AI/ML programs
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience working with globally distributed teams
