Hyperquake is an independent strategy and design studio seeking a Production Coordinator Intern for their Experiences Team. The intern will support the production team by managing content, organizing assets, and ensuring smooth project execution while gaining hands-on experience in experiential environments.

Responsibilities

Enter, update, and QA content within content management systems (CMS)

Create and maintain content matrices and inventories across experiential touchpoints

Organize, tag, and manage digital assets (images, video, copy, decks)

Apply file naming conventions and folder structures for easy retrieval

Prepare content and assets for internal reviews, client presentations, and production handoff

Support designers and strategists with research, documentation, and content prep

Help translate experiential concepts into clear, organized content frameworks

Required

Current college student or recent graduate interested in experiential design, museum exhibit studies, digital content, or creative operation or have similar experience

Must be a quick learner who can fearlessly jump into projects with little warning. Has a passion for the work that Hyperquake does that is manifested in a positive attitude, a strong sense of team, enjoying our clients, and in the process having a ton of FUN!

Candidates should also have a solid understanding of the Google for Work suite. Outstanding demonstrated design sensibility across a variety of projects and deliverables

Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency including adherence to partner and Hyperquake brand standards, with an expert attention to detail

Proven ability to influence and build strategic working relationships with senior clients, peers and vendors

Preferred

Previous internship or work experience is a plus
