Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls with confidence, warmth, and a smile customers can hear
Schedule service appointments and keep our technicians’ days running like clockwork
Follow up with customers to make sure everything went great (because 'good enough' isn’t our style)
Keep detailed, accurate notes in our CRM (ServiceTitan fans get bonus points ⭐)
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing customer service, dispatch, or a related role
Clear communication skills and the ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
Experience with dispatching software or CRMs
A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
Preferred
Experience with dispatching software or CRMs (ServiceTitan preferred)
