Responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap for OCI’s Multicloud services, with a strong focus on Oracle Database@Azure and other key integrations
Work directly with engineering and design teams to deliver innovative features that enhance Multicloud adoption, security, and management
Engage with customers, partners, and field teams to understand market needs, define requirements, and ensure successful product adoption
Collaborate with Microsoft Azure teams and other cloud providers to optimize interoperability between OCI and third-party cloud platforms
Partner with sales, marketing, and support teams to drive go-to-market strategies and customer enablement
Provide thought leadership and influence OCI’s broader Multicloud strategy
Qualification
Required
Strong executive presence
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps
Experience working with engineering and design teams
Ability to engage with customers, partners, and field teams
Experience collaborating with cloud providers
Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and support teams

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
