Responsibilities
Provide support and assistance to attorneys in the provision of legal advice and counsel to business partners
Assist attorneys in supporting business partners by providing legal advice with respect to the day-to-day administration of the company, including Product Development, Sales/Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Contracts and/or Human Resources
Research applicable state laws/rules and regulations
Track, analyze, and report on legislative and regulatory developments, as well as industry trends impacting the business
Assist in the drafting and negotiation of documentation relating to corporate transactions (e.g., vendor agreements, various financing arrangements, and/or other similar business relationships
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Law school degree to be received no later than May 2027
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and change
Excellent organization and time management skills
Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
