Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and analyze project and program schedules in Primavera P6
Develop cost loaded and resource loaded schedules
Perform critical path analysis, schedule audits, and performance reviews
Establish and manage baseline and current schedules
Provide forward looking schedule forecasts and risk analysis
Support earned value management and estimate to complete activities
Manage dependencies across multiple IT and SAP workstreams
Partner with project managers, finance, and vendors to align schedule and cost
Communicate schedule risks and milestone impacts to leadership
Qualification
Required
4+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience
Strong background in project controls and PMO environments
Experience supporting large enterprise IT or capital programs
Ability to analyze schedules, identify risks, and propose recovery plans
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills, including executive level interaction
