The State of Florida is seeking a District Court Staff Attorney for the Third District Court of Appeal. This position requires exceptional legal research and writing skills, and the ability to identify and communicate legal issues effectively while maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.

Ability to identify legal issues

Effective communication skills both orally and in writing

Ability to work well with others

Submission of a cover letter, resume, law school and undergraduate transcript, at least one writing sample, and a completed State of Florida application
