As a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate, you will manage backroom operations, process products, and ensure excellent customer experiences while maintaining product knowledge and store presentation.

Responsibilities
Managing the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system
Keeping products organized and accounted for
Helping process weekly pallets
Processing damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center
Reporting these items to the Inventory Control Team
Providing every customer with a great experience
Maintaining accurate inventory
Ensuring proper placement and display of merchandise
Completing price updates
Maintaining store presentation according to company standards
Maintaining awareness of all product knowledge information
Merchandise promotions, and advertisements set forth by the Marketing Team
Splitting time between receiving hours and selling hours
Earning hourly base pay rate during receiving hours
Earning commission during selling hours based on meeting sales goals
Participating in training and development during the first 5 shifts
Representing Cycle Gear at special events such as International Motorcycle Show and motocross races
Qualification
Required
Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience
Ability to work retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory and control cash
A self-starter mentality with a strong attention to detail
An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community
Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
Preferred
Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (not a must, but a plus!)
