Responsibilities

Serve as the primary onsite ServiceNow architect for HRSD initiatives

Lead end to end design solution architecture and implementation of ServiceNow modules specifically HRSD

Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with ServiceNow best practices

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define workflows, case management, knowledge management, employee lifecycle and service delivery processes

Provide architectural governance, ensuring adherence to platform standards and security requirements

Guide development teams (onsite offshore) with best practices, coding standards and design patterns

Lead integration design with enterprise systems HRIS, Identity Management, ERP platforms etc

Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments and feasibility analysis for new features and enhancements

Own creation of technical documentation| architecture diagrams and data models

Mentor technical teams and support internal capability building

Participate in roadmap planning, platform upgrades and ServiceNow release management
