Connecting with homeowners and listening to their stories
Understanding homeowners' situations and pain points
Guiding homeowners toward solutions through phone conversations
Following up with leads through multiple touchpoints
Asking thoughtful but direct questions to move conversations toward scheduled appointments
Maintaining a high volume of daily calls and consistent follow-up
Keeping accurate notes and follow-up records
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in real estate (investment, wholesaling, brokerage, or related field)
Comfortable using basic real estate terminology when speaking with sellers
Strong phone skills and confidence speaking with homeowners
Ability to handle a high volume of daily calls and consistent follow-up
Empathetic communicator who can listen, build rapport, and ask direct questions
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep accurate notes and follow-up records
Willingness to learn and use systems such as Follow Up Boss, Calendly, and Mojo Dialer
Training is provided for systems, scripts, and processes
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and strong follow-through
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a full-time, hourly, in-office role
Must be able to work in-office in the 77018 area (near 290 & 610)
