Responsibilities
Validate and verify individual orders in real-time to ensure accuracy in item selection, unit conversions, and quantities
Oversee packing and shipping operations to ensure timely, efficient, and correct delivery of all customer orders
Streamline processes to enhance overall workflow and reduce delivery errors or delays
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to warehouse team members
Encourage collaboration and maintain a productive, safety-focused work environment
Track inventory levels to ensure stock availability and coordinate restocking needs with the procurement team
Keep precise records of stock movements and flag any inconsistencies or losses
Contribute to the ongoing refinement of inventory control practices
Analyze warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
Participate in evaluating and introducing new tools, technologies, or systems
Use metrics and performance data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; college degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus
Demonstrated experience in warehouse or distribution settings, especially with packaging and order fulfillment
Strong communication and leadership abilities with a practical, solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with warehouse or inventory software systems
High level of precision and organizational skills
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish a plus
