Information Technology Support Technician - Level 2
Insight Global is partnering with a company seeking a Level II IT Support Technician to join their team. This role serves as a primary and secondary point of contact, providing technical support to end users across multiple locations in the Baltimore area.

Responsibilities
Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware, software and networking equipment
Monitor helpdesk ticketing queue, assign/prioritize tickets, and act as a primary as well as secondary point of contact for escalations
Coordinate project and break/fix work with company vendors including deliveries and installations
Manage IT projects as needed and assist with departmental projects
Qualification
Required
5+ years IT support experience including supporting a Microsoft Windows environment
Experience with Microsoft 365 including Sharepoint and Teams
Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and TCP/IP troubleshooting
Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Flexible, quick learner who is resourceful, perseveres and understands the value of documentation
Preferred
A+/Net+/Microsoft certifications preferred
