Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational oversight for administrative, financial, and facility functions
Ensure the business infrastructure of both organizations is robust and aligned with their spiritual missions
Support the Senior Pastor and CEO of the organizations as they provide resources and advice to the CRPC Governing Session and CRM Board
Partner with executive leadership to drive integrated planning, streamline policies and processes, and create efficiencies across both organizations
Oversee financial management, facilities, and human resources, ensuring fiscal transparency and compliance
Maximize campus and studio revenue opportunities and build a strong, accountable, and mission-driven staff team
Align ministry and business operations, streamline policies and processes, and drive efficiencies across both organizations
Qualification
Required
Strategic and operational oversight for administrative, financial, and facility functions
Experience in providing resources and advice to governing boards
Ability to support pastoral staff by managing administrative workload
Experience in financial management and ensuring fiscal transparency and compliance
Ability to maximize revenue opportunities for campus and studio
Experience in building and leading a strong, accountable, and mission-driven staff team
Experience in aligning ministry and business operations
Ability to streamline policies and processes
