Full ownership of accounting, controllership, reporting, and cash management
Oversight of:
Month-end close
Audit process
Budgeting and forecasting
Cash flow and lender-facing reporting
Acting as a calm, credible partner to the CEO and leadership team
Improving financial processes incrementally and pragmatically
Managing and developing a small finance team with a people-first leadership style
Serving as a central point of coordination across multiple business units
Qualification
Required
