Work directly with clients on strategy decisions
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of litigation experience, Labor & Employment law background strongly preferred
Active Georgia State Bar admission
JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Understanding of current court and employment-related agency (state and federal) procedures
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
