Sales Executive

Responsibilities
Lead Engagement: Respond promptly to inbound leads by initiating calls, qualifying prospects, and offering tailored information about Cash + and Zoom Casa’s services
Expect to make at least 75 phone calls per day
Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients’ unique homeownership needs, provide expert advice, and recommend solutions that align with their goals, fostering long-term relationships
Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to address questions, overcome objections, and move leads toward conversion using a consultative and client-centric approach
CRM Utilization: Accurately log all client interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system to ensure seamless tracking and support team efforts
Collaboration: Work closely with the Inbound Sales Team Leader to refine sale techniques, share client feedback, and contribute to process improvements
Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed individual KPIs (e.g., call volume, conversion rates, client satisfaction) to drive team success and maximize lead ROI
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of sales experience, with a focus on consultative or relationship-based selling—preferably in real estate, customer service, or a related field
Strong communication and active listening skills to build trust and understand client needs during consultative sales conversations
Ability to handle objections and guide prospects through a personalized sales process with confidence and empathy
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales tracking processes
Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset and a passion for helping homeowners achieve their goals
Sales: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
Real Estate or Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
