Responsibilities
Owning a high-impact project from problem definition through recommendation
Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic decisions
Developing business cases, metrics, and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness
Synthesizing insights into clear, executive-ready presentations
Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution
Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an MBA program or a related graduate-level business program
Strong understanding of business strategy and structured problem-solving; experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to drive strategy
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience working with analytics and finance teams to build dashboards, metrics, and KPIs
Ability to manage and deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope
Clear and persuasive communicator with cross-functional partners and senior leaders; familiarity with networking and cloud technologies is a plus
