PrivSource is a bootstrapped enterprise SaaS company serving lower and middle market M&A professionals. They are seeking a Founding Revenue Operator to own day-to-day sales execution and help build their go-to-market motion from the ground up.

Responsibilities
Run outbound email and LinkedIn outreach to M&A advisors and investors
Book and lead discovery calls and product demos
Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and next steps end to end
Identify which messaging, ICPs, and use cases convert
Feed customer insights directly into product and positioning
Help document and improve our sales motion as it evolves
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working without a rigid playbook or heavy enablement
Curiosity about M&A, investing, and how deals actually get done
Willingness to own outcomes, not just activity
Preferred
Transaction experience is not required
Comfort learning a complex, niche market is
