Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels for marketing deliverables on website platform
Facilitate communications between multiple stakeholders to accurately complete requests
Create Excel spreadsheets from system-generated reports to analyze data and forecast business needs
Proactively review requests for exhibit opportunities to ensure all required information and documentation are complete
Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to resolve gaps, route accurate requests for internal processing, and manage inquiries through completion
Achieve subject matter expertise on digital and operations platforms
Qualification
Required
H.S. Diploma & 4+ years of experience in a marketing / project management role
Knowledge and understanding risk of HCP interaction and strictly adhere to AdvaMed code of ethics
Intermediate Excel skill level, create basic formula spreadsheets
Ability to collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders strategically and execute to the highest of standards on all marketing operations responsibilities
Detail-oriented, MUST have strict attention to detail
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to develop process improvements
Preferred
Experience in similar marketing operations role, content management, request management and project management
Knowledge of medical device industry is a plus
Ability to visualize, create and edit Adobe PDF documents
